We are looking for a candidate for the maintenance – electrician position at Kolektor CCL (Laktaši, Bosnia and Herzegovina).
As an electrical maintenance worker, you will be responsible for:
- Routine and preventive maintenance of production equipment, machines, and installations.
- Independent identification and troubleshooting of electrical faults.
- All electrical work on installations, machines, and other equipment.
- Maintenance of low- and high-voltage installations.
- Testing all types of electrical installations, cable installation, and equipment assembly.
- Assembly of distribution and control cabinets.
- Installation and servicing activities.
- Efficient participation in resolving production stoppages.
- Knowledge and application of maintenance instructions and technical documentation.
In addition to general legal requirements, we expect you to have:
- III–IV level of technical or electrical education.
- Previous experience in electrical maintenance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and maintenance (valves, pneumatic islands, flow regulators, restrictors, etc.).
- Knowledge of mechanical components and assemblies (bearings, gearboxes, electric motors, etc.).
- Ability to use technical documentation (drawings, schematics, etc.).
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, multimeters, etc.).
- Computer literacy.
- Responsibility, reliability, and good organizational skills.
- Teamwork skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Valid B-category driving license.

As a mechanical maintenance worker, you will be responsible for:
- Routine maintenance of production installations and machines.
- Execution of planned major overhauls, including prior diagnostics and machine inspections.
- Carrying out emergency repairs.
- Minor interventions on installed technical equipment that do not require specialized service technicians.
- Creating work orders in maintenance software.
- Maintenance of mechanical installations.
- Knowledge and application of maintenance instructions and technical documentation.
In addition to general legal requirements, we expect you to have:
- III–IV level of technical education.

- Communication with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and customers regarding dispatch activities,
- Preparation of customs documentation for goods dispatch,
- Posting and recording all dispatch-related transactions,
- Monitoring compliance with agreed dispatch terms and deadlines,
- Execution of dispatch plans, monitoring, and reporting,
- Continuous learning and knowledge sharing with colleagues,
- Onboarding and/or substitution of colleagues when needed.
