Sensor magnets

In automotive and industrial applications, permanent magnets combined with sensor technology serve as a source of information about position, level, linear or rotational movement, proximity, frequency, and many other parameters.

Depending on the requirements, different magnetic materials (ferrite or rare-earth-based) and production technologies are used, including injection and compression molding, sintering, over- and insert-molding, or glue-bonding.

Inductive components

Inductive components are an important part of electronic subsystems and contain ferrite cores - mostly produced in-house.

Examples of applications include voltage transformers, vehicle exterior and interior lighting, reduction and/or elimination of high-frequency interference, motor controllers, pneumatic pressure regulation, RFID identification, metal and coin detection, and more.

Transformers

Transformers with ferrite cores.
Types: EE, EI, ETD, EFD, EP, RM, PQ.

Applications: Voltage transformation (step-up, step-down), electrical insulation, match impedance, switch mode power supplies.

Chokes

Chokes with ferrite cores.
Types: RM, EI, EE, EP, EFD, ETD, pot core and rod type.

Applications: Limit currents, temporary energy storage, filters, and to radio frequency noise suspension.

RFID antennas

They enable communication between the RFID reader and the RFID tag (label) via radio waves.

Applications: Industry, transport, agriculture, etc.

Core kit and coils

They are available in multiple sizes such as L5, L8, L13, L23, etc.

Applications: Industry automatization, metal detection, switching distance, etc.

Ferrite

Production of ferrite cores for our own use. We use materials NiZn, MnZn and barium for magnets.

Applications: Transformers, chokes, RFIA antenas, iductive sensors, etc.
