ADVANCED LEAN SIX SIGMA COURSE

Today, in our company, the practical part of the Advanced Lean Six Sigma course was held on the topic: Case Study in a Real System (Enterprise) of a Selected Process.

Through work on real examples and business process analysis, participants had the opportunity to apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies with the aim of improving efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing business activities.

The lecturers and course facilitators were: Prof. Dr. Goran Janjić Prof. Dr. Zorana Tanasić MSc Maja Vuković organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Banja Luka.

The goal of the course is to develop competencies for efficient and effective management of business processes through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodology, with a special focus on identifying and eliminating waste in processes, products, and services.

We thank the lecturers for their professional guidance and knowledge sharing, as well as all participants for their active contribution.

In addition to our company, representatives of Tikt and Mahle also attended the course, which further contributed to a high-quality exchange of experiences and practical examples.
